Individual Health Coaching
It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As a certified Nutrition Educator and Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you. Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their bio-individuality.

How do I get started?
Contact me to set up a health consultation. During our appointment, we will review your health history, discuss your goals, and determine together a course of action. From there, we will be able to define if health coaching is right for you.
What kind of programs do you offer?
Most people who seek health coaching are working on issues and diseases that have been progressing for years. Just as a disease is progressive, so is changing. The programs are set up to give you enough information, opportunities for accomplishing goals, and time to implement so change can be substantial.
3-month, 6-month, and 12-month coaching programs are available to choose from.
What do we do during our sessions?
Each month, we meet two times for 60 minutes. We will discuss progress, goals, and concerns. During our sessions, we are focusing on your health success and needs. Some sessions will be goal setting, others may be in the kitchen learning new healthy recipes, a grocery store tour is included in most coaching programs, as well as recipes, handouts, and helpful resources. Learning stress reduction techniques and incorporating movement into your life is also addressed.
What if I complete my program but want to continue?
Once you have completed your initial program, you are on your way to change! Since we are focused on growth and your individual needs, we can create ongoing sessions that meet your bio-individuality. Whether that be another series of lessons or a support session once a month, or even quarterly. Your continued success is our goal!
